These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between ac44 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By using ac44's website, mobile version, or any of its services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

1 General Terms

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To verify age, ac44 may request a national ID, birth certificate, or other official documents at any time. Providing false information will result in immediate account termination and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Creating an Account

To create a valid account at ac44, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and all such accounts may be terminated.

3.2 Account Security

Keeping your account password and login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. ac44 will never ask for your password by phone, email, or chat. If any unauthorized access to your account is detected, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security, ac44 may request identity verification at any time. If the required documents are not submitted promptly, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

Accepted payment methods for deposits at ac44 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

• Only use a payment account registered in your own name.
• Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
• All transactions are secured through SSL encryption.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, additional security verification may require more time.

• All bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• In accordance with anti-money laundering policy, additional documents may be requested for large withdrawals.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

New members at ac44 are eligible for a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific validity period; if wagering is not completed within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonuses cannot be claimed from multiple accounts or from the same IP address or device.
• ac44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If a breach of terms is suspected, the account may be suspended for review.

6 Gaming Rules

ac44 offers casino games, sportsbook, fishing games, and many other forms of entertainment. Each game has its own rules that should be understood before playing.

• All game results are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) — fair play is guaranteed.
• If a game result becomes uncertain due to a technical error, ac44 may void that round and refund the wager.

• In sports betting, event results will be determined according to the official announcement by the relevant authority.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Prohibited Activities
